 a
muralist, illustrator and musician residing in the mission district
of San Francisco. Hailing from Mendoncino, CA, Andre began painting
under the apprenticeship of Japanese tea master and national treasure
Shozo Sato at age 14 While working in his tea garden. He has been living
in San Francisco with brief stints in New York and Europe since 1998.

Also
an accomplished musician/ singer songwriter Andre wrote and recorded
the full length album soliloquy
with his gypsy folk rock band Karpov
and has painted two murals
in the mission from 2005-2006.His work can be viewed on walls, posters,
album covers, fliers, and web flash animations. He has sculpted floats
for parades, and has painted signs for local restaurants and wine
bars. |
